Cancellation Policy

I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous and provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment.

BOOKING FEE/CANCELLATION POLICIES

Every makeup & hair appointment scheduled requires a non-refundable 50% booking fee to secure the appointment. This non-refundable booking fee will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Every nanoplasty appointment scheduled requires a non-refundable $100.00 booking fee to secure the appointment. This non-refundable booking fee will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

 
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time or no shows, will incur a cancellation fee of the 50% booking fee. 

BRIDAL and/or GROUP BOOKINGS

Validity: The quote provided is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period,  availability and pricing are subject to change.  

Deposit: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $150.00 is required to secure  your booking, which will be deducted from your total invoice amount. Your booking is  not confirmed until the deposit is received.  

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event day. The person  scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services in the  event that other people in the group booking/wedding party do not pay their portion.  

Cancellation Policy: Due to the potential loss of other bookings whilst your wedding  date has been held for you, the cancellation of any wedding day booking must be given  in writing, via email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this.   

The following cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled by you.  

• 30 days prior to the event – forfeit of $150 deposit paid.   

• 14 days prior to the event – 50% of the booked amount quoted on your booking  invoice.  • Less than 14 days prior to the event – 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking invoice.  

Changes to Services: Any changes to the agreed-upon services (e.g., adding/removing  services) must be requested no later than 7 days before the event and may incur  additional costs (i.e. added services).

Travel / Parking fees: Travel fees are incurred for the time travelling to and from your  getting ready location, covers the pack up and pack down time prior to the event. A  travel fee of $50.00 applies for locations within the Moreton Bay region. Fees up to  $100.00 will apply outside of the Moreton Bay region and will be determined based on  distance.   

Trial Session: Trial appointments are optional but highly recommended. If included in  your package, these must be scheduled at least 4 weeks before the wedding day.  

Liability: I am not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used  during the service. Please inform me in advance of any known allergies or skin  conditions.  

Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that I am unable to provide services due to  unforeseen circumstances beyond my control (e.g., illness, emergency), I will endeavour  to find a qualified replacement for your event or issue a full refund of any payments  made.  

I acknowledge that Marissa Niesler may use my photographs or images for her portfolio,  website, and promotional purposes. I confirm that I have read and understood the information  provided and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Marissa Niesler. I understand that  by paying the booking deposit, I am legally bound by this agreement.  

We are committed to the privacy of our clients information, and care about how your personal information is collected, used and shared. We comply with all applicable data protection and privacy legislation affecting your personal information. Your rights are protected by law and this policy does not limit those rights.

Most importantly, we WILL NOT disclose, sell or give any of your personal information to any third party without your consent. Your personal information includes your email address, phone number(s), and address.

When you make a booking online, we DO NOT store your credit card details on any computers or servers administered by us.
