Standard Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact, so we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Makeup & hair appointments:

• A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your appointment.
  This amount is deducted from your total on the day of service.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

Nanoplasty appointments:

• A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
  This fee is deducted from your total on the day of service.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the $100 booking fee.

Validity
This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to change.

Securing Your Booking
A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee of $150 is required to secure your wedding date. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding date. No services will be provided without full payment received.
Please note: The person securing the booking is responsible for the full invoice amount, even if other members of the bridal party cancel or do not pay their portion.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and will be confirmed upon receipt.

• More than 30 days prior — forfeit of $150 deposit
• 14–30 days prior — 50 % of the total quoted amount
• Less than 14 days prior — 100 % of the total quoted amount

Changes to Services
• Any adjustments to the number or type of services must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event; additions are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
• If services are removed less than 30 days beforethe wedding, the original quoted amount still applies.
• You may substitute clients (e.g. swap one guest for another), but the total number of 

services booked and invoiced remains unchanged.

Travel & Parking
Travel fees cover transit time, fuel, and set-up/pack-down:

• Moreton Bay region— $50 flat fee
• Outside Moreton Bay— $1.00 per km (return) from Woody Point

Any venue parking fees will be added to the final invoice.

Team of Artists
For larger bookings, I may be joined by a trusted professional artist from my team to keep the morning calm and on schedule. There is no extra charge for additional artists unless otherwise stated.

Trial Appointments
Trials are optional but highly recommended and are held in my home studio. They allow us to perfect your look well in advance. If included in your quote, please schedule your trial at least 4 weeks before the wedding day.

Minimum Booking Requirement
A minimum of 3 services is required for mobile wedding-day bookings. Bookings below this minimum may be serviced in-studio only.

Liability
Please advise of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment. I accept no liability for reactions to products used during services.

Force Majeure
If I am unable to attend due to illness, accident, or circumstances beyond my control, I will do my utmost to arrange a qualified replacement. If this is not possible, any payments made will be refunded in full.

Media Consent & Agreement
I acknowledge that Marissa Niesler may use photographs or images taken during the service for her portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

All payments are handled by secure third-party providers; we do not store your credit card information on our systems.

We may use photos of your service results for marketing purposes, but only with your permission.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.
